9. Last Lemming, Keepa utterly vanished from Google results in the past few months. Looking for a possible solution, I cleared the spam blocker of tens of thousands of blocked IPs, thinking that perhaps some crucial googlebot had been blocked. That didn’t work, although a friend seems to have solved the problem this week and Keepa is returning to Google results by the hundreds every day — and I’m once again having to block spammers one by one. Like the French spammer who has attempted to post 8,316 comment spams in the last three days …

   A reminder to anyone who is accidentally blocked, an email message to me (AEParshall at aol dot com) or a comment left on Keepa’s FB page, with your IP (google WHATS MY IP — it looks something like 1.234.567.89) should allow me to find and free you from the block. In a very few cases, usually work IPs in large organizations, I haven’t been able to do that because apparently a Keepa reader’s IP changes every time he goes online. But normally I can clear you from a block within moments.

10. ^ I can vouch for this. Ardis runs a responsive service here. When my phone kept getting an error message instead of connecting, an email to Ardis quickly fixed it.
