David Day, 22, Kaysville, Utah; baptized 1906. Died of influenza at Camp Mills, Hempstead, New York, while in military training, 3 Nov 1918. Survived by parents and eight siblings; two of his brothers met the train in Wyoming to escort his body home.

Hazel Stimson Drysdale, 23, Ogden, Utah, married to an LDS man, died of influenza 22 Oct 1918, with the baby she had been carrying for seven months. A bishop conducted her graveside service; a soloist sang “Abide with Me.” Survived by husband and two sons.

Franklin Walter Edwards, 27, born in Mississippi, grew up in Beaver, Utah, baptized 1903, died of influenza in France after recovering from machine gun wounds 26 Oct 1918. Survived by widowed mother and six siblings. Body returned for burial at Lehi, Utah.

Lula Wilson Dunstan, 31, Payson, Utah, baptized 1896, born to parents who were married in the Salt Lake Temple before her birth. She died of influenza 22 Oct 1918, leaving husband and two small sons. Her grave at Payson is apparently unmarked.

Clifford Edwards Williams, 21, Greenville, Utah, baptized 1905, died of influenza at Camp Kearny, near San Diego, California, 10 Nov 1918. He was buried at Greenville with military honors, during the season’s first snowstorm.

Robert Stanley Edwards, 24, Beaver, Utah, a laboring man, born to LDS English immigrants who married in the St. George Temple before his birth, baptized 1902. Ill only three days, Robert died of influenza 22 Oct 1918, survived by parents and six siblings.
