Those are the original colors? Fading?
I believe that’s the Guide Patrol patch. The red arrow corresponds to the red Guide arrow that goes on the bandlo. The Trekkers were the Primary class for the previous year, before joining Boy Scouts.
Guide Patrol. Now 11-year-old scouts. The original name is so much better.
That’s fantastic!
I have a red scouting jacket that I could once fit into during some long-forgotten decade. The jacket is intended for attaching old scout patches that no longer go on the uniform. Last year, I re-acquired this jacket from my mother’s cedar chest.
After looking at this patch awhile, I suddenly remembered this jacket, and that it possibly had the same patch.
I can send you a photograph.
