  1. “My soul shall be satisfied as with marrow and fatness; and my mouth shall praise thee with joyful lips”
    Psalm 63:5

  2. Grant: you should send that scripture to JELLO; they’d love it. You should also know I was in Cedar Hills, Utah for a funeral weekend before last, and there was only ONE single jello dessert! What’s this world coming to? I was looking forward to my jello fix, and I had to fight through the grandkids to get some!

  3. During my childhood, the Jello company came up with a mix that self-separated into three layers. My grandma served it to us on one of our infrequent visits. I even saw it advertised on TV while we were there. At home we rarely watched TV, and didn’t get trendy products from the grocery store. (And maybe this was a trial product that never made it out of the Jello belt). Anyway, this particular dessert will forever be linked in my mind to Grandma and Grandpa.

  4. I do! They were so much better to use for shredded vegetables than any of the sweet fruit flavors!

  5. My mom’s favorite jello thing to make was orange jello with shredded carrot, because it was the only way she could get us to eat carrots. There was literally more carrot than jello — it was, like, carrot lightly flavored with jello, but we would scarf it right up.
