I know some of these old Relief Society halls still exist in several places. Do you know if this one is still there? I was glad to see that with the remodel of the Ogden Temple, that the old RS hall that serves as a Daughters of the Utah Pioneers museum was preserved and moved to a new site nearby.
This picture makes me very cold.

Here’s another photograph, although it’s a bit hard to see that the two pictures actually show the same building.
I drive through Parowan several times a year, and though I don’t recall seeing this building (which may not still be standing), the whole town looks just as quaint as this photograph. It’s filled with beautiful and unique little houses from 75+ years ago, and I would love nothing more than to buy one of the cutest ones and fix it up and live in it.
